4. Shipping and Delivery (for Physical Goods/Merchandise)

  • Shipping Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, unless problems with processing, backordered items, or any unforeseen issues.  Shipping times will vary based on location and shipping method selected during checkout. Depending on the  shipping option you choose, will depend on your shipping time. (Express, Priority, Standard, Economy)
  • All Express Orders are usually sent out same day if ordered before 12pm. All Express orders are Monday through Friday, Holidays and Weekends and After Hour Orders are not included in same day shipping. Express Orders Past 12pm may possibly be shipped the following morning.
  • Delivery Address: Ensure your delivery address is accurate. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to lost, incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you didn't receive your package, you must contact the shipping carrier you choose at checkout to file a claim.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Any duties, customs fees, taxes, fees, or additional shipping costs incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Lost or Damaged Items: We are not liable for lost or damaged items during shipping, you must contact the shipping carrier you choose at checkout to file a claim.

5. Merchandise Returns and Exchanges

All sales of merchandise are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any merchandise purchases unless there is an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product, or incorrect size or color from what was ordered).

  • Store Error: If we have made a mistake with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item/order to our support email with your order number and details of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the problem by offering a replacement or providing a refund if a replacement is unavailable.
  • Exchanges: Approved store error exchanges will be processed once the item is received and inspected. Please allow 14 days from receipt to process and inspect. All exchanges are at sole discretion of Activating Light LLC.
  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original new condition to qualify for a replacement. We reserve the right to request photos of the defective or incorrect item before processing any replacement or refund.
  • Return Shipping (If Store Error): Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If we determine that the return is due to a store error, we will cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to lost, incorrect or incomplete return addresses. If we didn't receive your package, No refund or exchange will apply.
  • Non-Eligible Returns: Any items returned to us without prior authorization, or that do not meet the conditions above, will not be accepted, and no refund or exchange will be provided.

6. Refund Policy

  • Physical Products:  All sales of merchandise are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any merchandise purchases. No Refunds as noted these terms and outlined herein.  
  • Repair Products:  All sales on repairs are final. No Refunds, Returns or Exchanges.  Repair products must be shipped to us to repair and then they will be shipped back. 
  • Digital Products and Courses: As noted above, all sales of digital goods and courses are final.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards, repairs, personalized items, and other non-refundable goods/merchandise will be indicated. As noted above, see all sections. Read all sections before purchase, including chargeback and fee section below.

7. Order Changes and Cancelations     

  • If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately after placing it. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, we cannot guarantee any changes once an order has been processed. After 10 minutes of placing your order, cancellations or changes may no longer be possible due to our quick fulfillment process. Please be sure to read our "Purchase, Return, & Exchange Policy" and "Terms &  Conditions" before completing your purchase. Important Note: All approved order changes are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which covers the following:
  • Pulling the original order from shipping and restocking inventory 
  • Shipping label generation fees for the original order 
  • Time and administrative handling to fulfill both the original and adjusted orders 
  • Order processing and transaction fees charged by our payment processors (based on the original full order amount)
  • This fee helps cover costs already incurred at the time of fulfillment and ensures we can continue providing high-quality service and products to all our customers. 
  • All Sales Are Final – No Cancellations
    Once an order is placed, it is immediately processed to ensure fast fulfillment. For this reason, we do not accept cancellations under any circumstances. 8. Chargebacks and Fees

  • Unauthorized Chargebacks: If a unauthorized chargeback is initiated without prior contact with us, you will be responsible for all chargeback fees, attorney’s fees, and any associated costs incurred by Activating Light LLC as a result of the chargeback.
  • Please be aware that falsifying a chargeback claim is considered fraud and is a legal offense under the Fair Credit Billing Act (FCBA) and federal fraud laws. False claims can result in penalties, restrictions from payment processors, and legal consequences.
  • Keeping and using the items while falsifying a chargeback claim to avoid payment is

When an item is on backorder, it means that one  product in your order is out of stock and will be shipped once item is back in stock. If one or more of your items are back ordered, your order will be put on hold till the backordered item arrives.
