 Return and Refund Policy: 25% restocking fee, Shipping is Non-Refundable, All Damaged Items are NONE-Refundable, and Repairs are None-Refundable. None-Refundable on all items that are not in New and current updated condition. All items must be the most current version or No Refund. All Reusable Electrode Pads Items, Gels, and Electrode Covers are None-Returnable and None-Refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping. If any items that are approved as returnable, are not returned, those items not returned will be deducted from your return. Approved Returned items must be in New and Most Current Version and be able to be Resold in New Condition, if they are not in this condition, No Refund will be applied. All approved refunds can take up to 14 days after inspection of returned items. All approved Returns, funds will be returned to the original form of payment. Returns must be returned within 30 days of order or no refund will be granted. All items returned without contacting for a Return Authorization Number will not be refunded. Return Authorization Number will need to be included with your return items. Returned items, with Authorization Number, must still be must be in New and Most Current Version and be able to be Resold in New Updated Condition, if they are not in this condition, No Refund will be applied. 

There is a 1-2 day processing on all orders. Depending on the shipping option you choose, will depend on your shipping time. 

(Express, Priority, Standard, Economy)

All Express Orders will be sent out same day if ordered before 12pm. All Express orders are Monday through Friday, Holidays and Weekends are not included in same day shipping. Express Orders Past 12pm may possibly be shipped the following morning.

If one or more of your items are back ordered, your order will be put on hold till the backordered item arrives.

 When an item is on backorder, it means that one  product in your order is out of stock and will be shipped once item is back in stock.  All items will be ship to the buyer once their inventory has arrived to our company.   We expect items to arrive on a continual basis, and we'll ship your order as soon as they do arrive.
